left-wing candidates in other parts of Latin America which left candidates won the president in Argentina Tina Boliva, Brazil, Chile and Nicaragua
what do you consider to be the main explanation for this left-wing across the continent as a whole and in one of those countries??

Is there any difference between today's left-wing and the Latin American leftist movements during the 1960s and 1970s??

In the past ten years Hugo Chavez has been successfully using America's demonization of him and backing of Right Wing regimes building his own alliance. The difference being that these guys are natives and Indians who were overlooked by Che Guevara, who, for a ll his talk was an elitist. That was why he failed in Bolivia.
