I carry waterless hand cleaner right in the car and use it every time I get in. (It has to be at least 60% alcohol to do any good.) I also rise my mouth out with warm salt water when I get home as well. You're suppose to do that a couple times a day because it kills the germs that live in the mucus.
We still eat out 2-3 times a week but I won't go to salad bars anymore.
I would think that sneezing in your sleeve would be a better way of not spreading germs versus tissues. After someone sneezes in a tissue, they risk contaminating their hands. Unless they immediately wash their hands, they will contaminate everything they touch.
H1N1 is no big deal. I've had it and it wasn't nearly as bad as the regular old flu. Unless you have underlying health problems I wouldn't worry about it. You're far more likely to get food posioning.
i would love to see people sneeze into their sleeve--here in rural pa,coughing, sneezing into someone else's face is common,as is spitting hockers out the car window--never leave the window or sun roof open in traffic now(yes even the kids do this in imitation of their charming parents)---get me outta here!

That's gross and disrespectful! Sheesh! Don't folks grow up with manners anymore? Just the other day on the bus, this dude was yawning several times without even covering his mouth.

up here there would have been a great view of what he was eating--mmm!
and the yawning would have been accompanied by lip smacking and mild grunting!
