I am not sure it means anyone wants him to die a violent death. I just looked it up and it says May his days be few and another take his place. I don't know the context or what it really means but it doesn't sound like wishing death on some one.

It was so over-the-top and dripped with the sort of liberal B.S. that makes it so obvious it wasn't legitimate, so I checked and discovered that the OP has misrepresented the meaning of the cited biblical passage.
