But seriously, the 400 percent number comes from Ronald Kessler's book, "In The President's Secret Service." The book was probably finished right after Obama took office as he and Biden are mentioned (positively by the Secret Service agents) but not as much as the presidents from Kennedy - G. W. Bush leading me to believe the stat could be old.
