Yes, that is specifically about the safety net hospital cuts. Those cuts will not total the 500 billion that is claimed to happen under this reform.
My question was about the cuts made to non safety net hospitals, homecare and nursing homes that are scheduled to happen. I am led to believe they will occur when the bill is signed or shortly after, and not wait until 2017. Do you have any info on those cuts?

Thanks to everyone who has posted trying to help explain it all, it had me a bit worried, as I know a LOT of the special needs children that go to that hospital (including my son) are on Medicaid, & it's hard enough getting services in a timely matter. Always takes at least 3 months to get into the specialty clinics as it is!
