Both Obama & Holder are jeapardizing this trial by making it a civil trial and on top of that they make it even worse!

Holder stated that he is sure the jury will convict them! The prosecutor's will be experienced enough to convict them!
Although we all know they are guilty, in court it is still "innocent until proven guilty" and by his remarks he makes a way for the defense lawyer to get them set free...

These are serious issues....now the defense lawyers can claim that they defendedant's won't get a fair trial and the jury might be tainted!

Is that what Obama & Holder wanted for the start since they had a good chance to trial these scumbags in a military court...

Now they can have a chance to walk free in NY!
Get 10 visitors a day for 200 criminals that means 2000 people they have to watch...

A jury who will be so scared they want write a book since they already have to watch their backs if they convict them....

Clearly Obama & Holder are motivated to get Bush his administration's secret files given to the enemy and have a field day with it, while our safety is at risk!

The idiot in chief already handed them a mis trial by saying that they will come to NY and get the death penalty.

Being a former lawyer, Obama just handed them a mis-trial.

What a total fool he is.

This trial is NOT about KSM, it is about going after Bush, CIA etc and allowing the enemy to obtain vital security information through these trials.

Never believe for a minute this is about KSM and the others. It is not.

I am in favor of having them tried in NYC just as the previous WTC attackers were. BTW..those guys were successfully tried and convicted. Why did Bush and Cheney wait so long and never got this accomplished?
