Don't spend money you don't have in the first place. I have paid for everything I have in cash- house, cars, trips ect. The only thing that I charge on a card are things that I MUST charge on a card (hotels, flights, rental cars) and pay it all off at the end of the month.

If you don't have the money, don't spend it. It is pretty simple stuff.

it would have to be the highest APR first since they are literally killing you on interest!
