This is an easy one to solve. Just look up all the hate speech on her site about Bush. She will have tons of it. Than ask why her web site is still operating.
Of course, that will go right over their heads since free speech is ok for them but not for others who disagree with them.
Let them speak.

Where did I say that? I wasn't even addressing Beck. I think until a standard is set (if that is possible) it is pointless to argue whether or not Beck violated it. Currently it is up to the decency of his employer and what and with who they want to be associated. In Beck's case it would appear that the advertising revenue has been affected given the limited commercial breaks.

Arianna Hufington said nothing about using the laws or the Government to shut him down. She compared his speech to crying fire in a crowded movie theater.
She said his rhetoric is irresponsible.
It's amazing. They stand there screaming "free speech" while attempting to silence people.
One of Beck's techniques... While I'm not saying this is hate speech... What if some talk show host started talking repeatedly about his belief that Jews sacrifice gentile babies. At what point...
