If GWB was a supporter, then Democrats' certainly can't be in support of it also. That's what's happening here. Military tribunals vs. District Court. Of course Democrats will go with District Court because GWB supported military trials. Nothing more, nothing less.
Why should there be a military trial? Were the perpetrators of 9/11 in an army from a country that we were officially at war with?

Thank you jojan. That was a perfect clip.

A glaring example of how pathetic these "fake Conservatives" are when it comes to defending the principles this Country was founded on.

" I don't care what the Constitution says"...they say.......LOL.....................Exactly my point!

Of course you say that now, but if Obama and Democrats were pushing for military trials, I highly doubt you'd be asking why these guy's arent' being tried in Manhattan.

They are NOT POW's and are not covered by the Geneva Convention rules.

They are terrorist and should not get any rights whatsoever under international laws.

Nice try to make an excuse for this huge mistake, but that is ok, the American people will see the clown act going on and know that it is Obama who was behind this all the way.

Obama and the dems will pay the price for this mistake.

And some idiots believe they should have been read miranda rights? You got to be kidding me, they have ZERO rights.

I would wonder why there would be military trials when the first WTC attackers were tried and sentenced in civilian courts the way these are going to be. Don't assume that you know what I would think in a given situation. Our thinking is not even remotely similar. Think and speak for yourself, thank you.

I think that our Supreme Court told Bush, while he was still IN office, that they were entitled to a trial under our legal system, based on American jurisprudence--not indefinite detention, not military tribunal.
