No, the bill is completely meaningless. It is symbolic, and that word is becoming synonymous with everything the GOP does. The real blow to the economy comes from the endless bickering which is proof that the Congress will rather see the economy crash that work together to resolve the problems.

It's just a show. They want to show the American people that they are doing something.

Since Obama took office, the economy goes nowhere or shrink in size, yet, the government grow 25%.

How hard is that to shrink 20% to back to 2009 when he took office?
