lol huny i watched the video with my own 2 eyes. i saw clear as day, starting at 0:26-0:29, the man in the khaki shorts & black shirt pulled on that man's megaphone, which was wrapped around his wrist, so forcefully it made him stumble forward while the bagger tried to run away like a coward.
what did we learn to do in school?

I see the guy jestering with his arm. No touching. Expressing himself with arm movement to the fact jestering "your going down" The guy with the megaphone is posturing, with the megaphone to his mouth trying to drowned out what he is saying as he is jestering.
Hmmmm. Then you see a 62 year old man riding and head surfing a cueball twice his size and half his age.
