Did you really have to ask that

If he isnt going to give them what they need to win just bring them all home NOW Right now So they dont have to die for him to take this long to make a decision

Heres an idea maybe instead of playing golf, basketball he sit in his office an make a decision
Your implication is that the troops are dying because Obama hasn't made up his mind yet.... You make it sound like all of our troops just stopped and are milling about Afghanistan aimlessly until Obama decides whether to send more troops...

A wish list is not how to command a military force.
Actually a smart person gathers all the information in order to make the correct decision when possible. In a matter of committing MORE troops to war, I prefer this approach...

What is YOUR occupation? I'll give you credit and pretend you're a lawyer as an example.... Based on your criteria if you came across a car accident and a victim was lying on the ground uncoscious and bleeding from the ear you would either know what to do, or you're just stupid....

Obama isn't a military man. He's listening to all advice, projecting outcomes of following certain advice and trying to come up with the best decision... Yes, he rejected all ideas last time around. Obviously NONE of them achieved the goals he had in mind so he asked them to try again.....

Do you honestly believe his plan is to drag this on because he enjoys leaving our military in Afghanistan twisting in the wind??

Sometimes I just don't get what you people believe our President's motivation is...

The village idiot voted against the surge in Iraq that worked.

What makes anyone believe the fool can make a good decision even if it takes another year. He has been wrong 99.9% of the time on all of his decisions.

The neo confused left wingers are full of excuses.

One day they support Obamas rushing the HC bill through without even talking about it and then the next day they want him to play around with the troops lives.

Dear Village Fool Obama!

If you cannot handle the job then get the hell out and let a real man do it.
Either get the job done or bring them all home. Do not just sit there and pretend you are thinking because your record shows you are not a very good decision maker.

His history shows he cannot make a decision to save is butt, which is why he is know for his present vote.

So, he is voting PRESENT again with the lives of our troops on the line.

No wonder there is a new lawsuit against Obama for treason out.

You really dont think that one life might have been saved had he sent them help?

Maybe if they had another person to search for say a road side bomb it wouldnt have gone off and killed our troops. That is just an example

But NOOO Obama thought playing golf, raising funds for the dnc was much more important then sitting down and working and making a decision

Has it ever occured to you that the President isn't the one who gathers the data? That it does no good for him to sit at his desk and "Look Presidential" while his military advisors gather information and try to formulate a plan???

You know Hitler was really involved in military planning and strategy and I saw it suggested on a program last night that Allieds actually balked at the idea of trying to assassinate him BECAUSE he was SO bad at it.....

You know this. You know better. But alas, you need to point to him playing golf or hosting heads of state and such as him shirking his duties or something....

Just like the fake economic summit he is suppose to have. Will someone tell him he is 11 months late on this a trillions of dollars short once again!!

What is he going to do call him all those same experts who have destroyed jobs again???

Remember he said he was going to rely on all those ECONOMIC EXPERTS in their fields to get the economy going. But what he forgot was to tell us it is going in the wrong direction.

Inflammatory conjecture. I think we all understand you hate Obama. No need to debate your misinformed opinions here.

The "rush" is politics. Aren't YOU being hypocritical here? You're implying that you don't support the HC bill because it's being "rushed". No, you won't like ANY HC Bill that Obama proposes, so don't pretend like it being "rushed" has got your panties in a bunch.....

If it is being "rushed" it's the slowest "rush" I've ever seen in my life..

Hmmmm, let me weigh this.

Make a circumspect decision regarding troops already deployed VS. Make hasty decision without complete information to send troops to someplace we aren't at war with.

Yeah, I guess it's a difference in philosophy between us Sunny... I prefer the first option.

If we had fought World War II like that, you would be forced to speak Japanese or German right now, instead of thinking about Spanglish as a needed second language.

What gives?
Mr. Present was presented with an action plan for Afghanistan 6 months ago. For 6 months he has voted present on the action plan.

He didn’t say “no I hate it come up with something else”
He didn’t say “ok, you’re sure this will work? Let’s do it”

He just punted. Now we hear that on Dec 1 he is going to decide.

In the meantime, Americans are dying, the enemy is emboldened by the lack of decisiveness

And the Afghan people are left wondering if we are serious about being part of their solution.

All of these things make it more difficult for us to succeed once we do make some decision on what the next step is.

THAT is the impatience. Obama has said this is the war of necessity. If that is true, then step up.

Here's a clue: FDR didn't spend every hour of every day of WWII in the White House.
