it is a planned wealth transfer from the developed countries to the developing countries, orchestrated by big business, to develop emerging markets.
i am also starting to wonder about these pirate attacks - if they aren't a planned wealth transfer as well. these little boats pull up with a few people, take over a ship, and walk away with millions of dollars. this does not make sense that it is continually occurring. here is an interesting report on "environmentalism" and piracy, and it doesn't seem that hard to read between the lines:
