Unless you were part of the "planning committee" for 9/11 you have know no idea how long it took to plan. It could been planned in a month or it could have taken 10 years.

Watch the video. She said we did not have a terrorist attack under Bush. She made no mention of planning.

nvx she appears to be saying it's not classified as such officially, and she means to have the accurate classification applied. The context of this blurb was edited out on both ends.
