They can do what they like.
They are a sovereign nation.
Why does the US feel that it has the right to tell other countries what they can and cannot do?
We have enough weapons to kill everyone in the world x times over.
Until the US is willing to take its own advice, it needs to shut up.

The Iranian government approved a plan Sunday to build 10 new uranium enrichment facilities, a dramatic expansion in defiance of U.N. demands it halt the program.

Get real! What should he have done to prevent a madman from ignoring the rest of the world?

You're mildly entertaining.
All of the Bush/Cheney heated rhetoric did exactly what to slow down Iran's nuke program?
Iran is a member of IAEA and a signatory of NPT. Neither hasn't been signed or membered by Israel, India, or Pakistan. Rationally (and that means minus media propaganda), Pakistan is more a threat to stability than Iran is.
Iran is surrounded by US bases and pro-US allies in Israel, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia. Just imagine if you were in Iran's situation, a madman (USA) with a history of pre-emptive attackes on another country has surrounded your country and his little brother (Israel) is itching to strike. And this madman (USA) has already overthrown your democratically elected government in 1954.
Iran is also sitting on a very large sweet crude and natural gas reserves. And given US's history of aggressiveness towards Iran/Middle East when they aren't even a threat back then, you could well understand why they don't trust USA.

Supporters of the IAEA resolution included Russia and China, which have shied away from censuring Iran in the past.
Russian and Chinese support for the IAEA resolution sends Tehran a clear message of international exasperation about the secrecy and defiance surrounding its controversial nuclear program.
When the US, Russia and China call for the destruction of another country and it's people get back to us.
NED funded Radio Free Europe? Could you have chose a more biased source?
Anti-Iran folks are frickin' paranoid moonbats.

You people are ridiculous.

It passed by a 25-3 margin with six abstentions, smoothed by rare backing from Russia and China, which have blocked global attempts to isolate Iran, a trade partner for both, in the past.
