Typical problem that plagues all parts of government from your local council to the highest branches of government. "It's only a few thousand"..... Those few thousands turn into billions. They all think it's monopoly money.

No one should be using taxpayer dollars for things like flowers. She should buy her own if she wants them. But if you think this is a "liberal" thing, you're wrong... you'd know that if you actually read the entire article.
