Ah, capitalism at it's finest. We don't need the government involved in health care because profit driven insurance companies have it covered.

Actually the government and insurers worked out a deal so they are in bed together on this, make no mistake.

Only the government would.

I found one. Due to job reductions and price increases.
Aetna cutting more than 1,000 jobs by 1st quarter - Yahoo! Finance (http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Aetna-cutting-more-than-1000-apf-2683371876.html?x=0 - broken link)
snippet:
"Aetna, the third largest publicly traded managed care company, saw medical enrollment grow 8 percent in the third quarter to more than 19 million people. But it expects to lose 225,000 people in the fourth quarter and another 650,000 in the first quarter of 2010, spokesman Fred Laberge said.Aside from employer job reductions, Aetna also expects to lose some customers due to an increase in prices, Laberge said."

Yeah, I'm talking health care and they're talking insurance. How "insurance" came to mean "health care" is beyond me.

Thank you! Now can someone please tell me how this story about price increases and lay-offs gets twisted into Aetna intentionally ditching customers? Cause I'm not seein it.

Both the left and the right will spin stories as they see fit to further their cause. We all know which sites do this but people continue to post links from those sites. Better to find a more objective source or at least find a few sources that corroborate the story.
