I have raised two children, and have had several friends with children that age and NEVER have I EVER heard of anybody trying to teach them about gays or HIV at that age. I think you're full of crap.
I guess things are a lot different since you raised your kids.
In that case, I can certainly understand your friends position. I am 100 percent pro gay marriage and rights but even I think 4th grade is a bit too young.
You know nothing about "cases" like mine! The teachers that educate my children have been teachers in the public school system for many years until the gay agenda was pushed on them and their children. They are getting a far better education than they would get in the schools. Don't you worry, there are plenty of little victims you can still get to.
Here in LA home schools are regularly monitored & if the kids can't pass basic education standards than the parents must enroll their kids in public or parochial schools. Otherwise the children are being abused & legal action can be taken against the parents.
Your last sentence only emphasizes all the more than you are uneducated. You may want to finish high school some day.
