I've never seen Ron Paul wink, not even once.

He seems unable to establish a personal bond with the average voter.

What the Republican party needs is someone with the small government-libertarian bent of Ron Paul, with the looks and carisma of Sarah Palin. Unfortunately, in this day and age looks and sound bites matter more than substance and experience...in both parties.

Because people want superstars now. The TV media is all ga-ga over Obama because he's such a good orator.

Do we want a politician or an actor ?
Seems America wants an actor.

A better question would be, could she beat him in an arm wrestling contest? Probably could!

I do not think he could defeat Sarah Palin in the primaries....unfortunately. If Ron Paul was on the ballot, I might have a hard time picking between him and Obama.

I think he's too old now if you think that he will be like 77 in 2012 and 81 at the end of his term.

Wonder if Obama had "orated" Paul's speeches whether that would have prematurely triggered the apocalypse.
