Here is an interesting read concerning the claim of a "hack" vs "leak".

The argument is pretty sound.

Comprehensive network analysis shows Climategate likely to be a leak « Watts Up With That?

I merely asked for a legitimate source.

Also, I don't watch "The News".

This is terrible news. I mean, trees are bad right?

Why do you hate the trees so much?

Oh, and using the SHS logic, since amount is irrelevant, I guess humans can no longer safely be around themselves as they expel toxins and since any amount of toxin is bad, so are humans simply by breathing.

So, do you breathe? Why? Do you hate the planet so much that you would expel toxins on to it? Why do you hate the planet so much?

what part of beyond acceptable levels is hard for you to grasp??

Dr. James Hansen, of NASA, the United States' space agency, has been researching global warming longer than just about anyone else. He was the first to publicly testify before the U.S. Congress, in June of 1988, that global warming was real. He and his colleagues have used both real-world observation, computer simulation, and mountains of data about ancient climates to calculate what constitutes dangerous quantities of carbon in the atmosphere. The Bush Administration has tried to keep Hansen and his team from speaking publicly, but their analysis has been widely praised by other scientists, and by experts like Nobel Prize winner Al Gore. The full text of James Hansen's paper about 350 can be found here.

again if amount is irrelevant why can people kill themselves using CO2????????????/

I think the question you need to be asking is why was the planet at it's peak of life forms, even GIGANTIC ones, when the PPM of CO2 was thousands of times higher than it is now? How is that possible if CO2 is so dangerous to life?

Right now the percentage of carbon dioxide is higher than it has been any time in the last 650,000 years (since the earliest people were beginning to leave Africa and travel around the Earth), and it is still going up quickly.

It was thousands of times higher than it is now when T-Rex was roaming the continent for millions of years. How did they survive?

I already have responded to the fact you listen to scientists like Lindzen. You failed to respond to a 113 page report issued in june 09. Do you have anything to say new or just want to talk about emails and fringe scientists??
