nice try, try high taxes that give and free education, free healthcare, with a terrain that is virtually impossible to deal with in a offensive nature including peddy crime.

There is an old story that Nazi leader Herman Goering was in Switzerland some years before World War II, reviewing the Swiss Army. He asked how many men the Swiss had under arms, and the Swiss commander answered that he had almost a half million men. "What would you do," said Goering, laughing, "If we Germans invaded with a million men?" Without a second's pause, the Swiss commander looked Goering right in the eye and said, "Each of my men would have to shoot twice."

I heard that guns laws are not as strict as other places. I also know that Switzerland's army has a rule. Even able-bodied male with a certain age range is required to periodically about 4 months of military training. After the first time, you get to keep your gun, which is most likely some kind of assault rifle. Maybe that could be part of the reason to, along with a relatively nice education system and other services. Th

It must because of all those posters saying things like:

If you can't speak German, French, Italian and Romansh (the official languages) then you need to get out of the country!

Hate to tell you, but Switzerland is made up of three ethnic groups- German, French, and Italian with four official languages.
