Wish he could be prosecuted somehow.

"-- on November 30, the US Supreme Court decided not to review his case despite overwhelming evidence of his innocence."

This is from your link...If the bolded part is true, why would the Supreme Court not review his case?

I'm not taking sides, I'm just asking...

Most likely the same reason Arnold failed to release - Admission of State wrongdoing hurts the State's credibility.

I am involved in a similar case, where the State's false credibility is being protected at all costs.

We really ARE living under The Infallibility Of The State ever since 9-11.

All branches of the government are involved.

There are no checks and balances anymore.

We are all one now.

Isn't that kool?

In these times, Government's number one objective is PUBLIC TRUST.

Arnold came to USA 40 years ago with a suitcase with clothes...
Today he has a fortune of 150 to 200m ,
he is a model husband & father
& is the most recognisable ( non religious) person in the world...

Everybody likes him...

As for his political performance,CA is...ungovernable...even Reagan would fail today...

Ahh-nolt is a true American success story and is a great patriot and human being. I would vote for a constitutional amendment waiving the statute requiring American birth for presidents just so he would have a chance to become POTUS.
You sound like a girly man!
I'll be back.

Fro, the article:

Quote:
After the US Supreme Court's denial, Cooper's execution is more likely, and threatens other innocent Black prisoners, the most famous being Mumia Abu-Jamal, falsely convicted in July 1982, thereafter on death row, and in April 2009 denied a new trial by the High Court despite prosecutorial discrimination in striking Blacks from his prospective juror panel to get enough Whites on it to convict.
This is where the article loses credibility.

I agree. People in California really like Arnold but not as governor [nobody likes governors in Cali for some reason]. But Schwarzenegger is a great athlete & movie star w/ fans everywhere.

i admit california is ungovernable. and the reason why is that they enjoy spending and they also spend more then they receive. theres too much special interest spending, the politicians take money from lobbyist more then taking care of the state. they love bumping uglies with the lobbyist(imma try and look for a recording of a politician describing his night with a lobbyist he was banging to another politician. it was really durrty) they would rather pick themselves over the californian ppl. yes the citizens of california are spoiled and stupid. they would vote for anyone who is famous or looks pretty(surprised they didnt vote for mary carey) im not a registered voter cuz i kinda believe my vote doesnt count but thats my problem. but when arnold ran for office he was replacing davis who also f*cked californias economy. arnold ran as a republican wanting to cut taxes, bring down our car tax and bring jobs. now we're paying twice as much for registering our cars, theres tax on the gas pumps, hes taking 10% off ppls paychecks saying that they would be paid back some time next year but ended up saying they may not pay that 10% back. we are the highest in taxes, we have no manufactures in the state because of too much climate regulations(cap-n-trade mainly) we where the first to issue I.O.Us to its citizens since god knows when, we have a high income tax(dont know if the rest of the country pay income tax, please correct me if im wrong). they care more for the illegals then us(we have so much that its hard to keep track)
so if arnold is the greatest person please list his accomplishments and you can call me whatever you please.
