Perhaps a more realistic poll than pitting the maligned and often ridiculed Sarah Palin against Barack Obama would be Obama against Anyone else!

I voted "anyone else" with the caveat that the candidate be a conservative (but not Neo-conservative).

This is not a better poll. Anyone else can still contain Sarah Palin, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, or the homeless guy on the street corner begging for money.

I voted for Barack Obama, first because he has done a terrific job so far and I expect that sort of thing to continue, and second because Anyone Else is obviously being used as a seemingly harmless place-holder for the other major party candidate who can only turn out to be some sort of completely incompetent right-wing buffoon.

So people would rather have a serial killer, pedophile, and murderer over Obama?

This is not a very good poll. In my case I would vote for Obama over some Republicans and I would vote for some Republicans over Obama so I really cannot vote in this poll.

I didnt vote, because, the choice of obama or anyone else , would be saying that ANYONE would be better than obama, and I am sure, as bad as he is there has got to be somebody that would be worse.

All of which are better picks than the current President.
