Only because we voted them into office. For the past few years the republican voters have been voting out the people who are not looking out for the people. Starting in 2010 i think the democrats will start doing the same.

So what is next on the agenda for the EPA, controlling CO2, and water, maybe they will move on to controlling another greenhouse gas, methane. As Bill Maher said, cows and pigs produce more greenhouse gases then cars.
