Your link is better. However, those homeless cities began in 2008 as a result of the conservative policies that have been in place starting with Clinton. So the premise of this thread is just laughable.
See that doesnt cut it either. Show me the republican that doesnt want to feed or help children? Its the parents people dont want to support. Republicans would rather help the parent get or improve their life so they no longer need gov help. Democrats want them to stay poor and be dependents on the gov for votes.

I'll be purchasing canned goods and boxed instant meals for the needy in my city, why couldn't that man have done that instead of going the length to try to smear President Obama with a stupid sign? BTW, this homeless and needy thing didn't just happen on his watch, there have been homeless and needy for centuries. And there will be in centuries to come.
