A long line of semi-Marxist administrations who push the country toward economic and cultural disaster. Basically, the whole country becoming like Massachusetts or the San Francisco Bay Area. Not sure if I would leave or just fight more forcefully though.

If I left, I'd probably move to northern or central Italy. I have heritage from the region, it's absolutely beautiful and brimming with noble history, the weather isn't terrible, and Italy is becoming more and more culturally aware each day. Wouldn't be thrilled about living in the sham European Union though or using the Euro. I'd be proud to have Berlusconi as head of state though, and the Roman mayor has his head screwed on straight.

When a fed up and armed public is unable to storm the White House and US Capitol Building, to take the nation back from the looters and corrupters.

Who even said that the US was appalling?
Quit making garbage up.
I live outside of the US and have for the past 10 years.
I don't particularly like the US culture or violence.
I enjoy living in SE Asia, East Asia and Europe.
Sorry if this ticks you off, but I'm entitled to my preference.
You, however, are not entitled to comment on my preferences.

Please describe the worst case scenario, not just politically, but personally, economically, etc.
I'd have to be dead and icy in a box. No matter what, this is my country and I'm fighting for it no matter how futile anyone thinks my efforts. I'd rather end in a watery grave of a sunken ship than jump like a rat, but most vets would say the same. We've always had a vested interest in our nation with our very lives. Think about it.

Didn't we have free speech zones during the Bush years?

I believe so...but then we still do have such zones.

Relax...

No one's leaving, despite puffy-chested pronouncements from a bunch of ignorant teabaggers.
