So Bush replaces Sadam and Obama tried to replace Karazi.

Guess Obama is trying to nation build , just is doing it with secret plots against an ally

Did you bother reading the article? Because it is made very clear that this was an idea of ONE man, who never so much as discussed it with the Vice President, much less the President.
