It's not as simple as "warming = sunny and balmy". The science is far more complex, which is why there's so much contention. But it's the difference in water and air temperatures due to warming trends that create the ideal scenario for snow.

Please ... everybody. If you're going to comment on subjects that are usually reserved for people with at least Masters and often PhDs in a subject, please inform yourselves first. There's a lot more than meets the eye and spreading false assumptions only fuels the flame of division and prevents us from understanding the actual truth, whatever it may be.
Hold your horses. I just simply said it was ironic that President Obama left Denmark in snow and came home to a blizzard in Washington DC. I never assumed that global warming simply means sunny and balmy.

Do you have a degree related to meterology or atmospheric sciences (whatever its called)?

Given the context of the thread, you implied that, by leaving Denmark in a snow storm and arriving in one, it undermines the scientific arguments of global warming.

I was simply pointing out that it does not. Excessive snow and colder temperatures in unusual places actually supports the science of global warming.

...and yes.

You continue to spew this garbage with not an iota of evidence to back it up.

Is this the "NEW" narrative - You must have heard of it..."climate instability".

Funny, I thought winter in December in the Mid-west and North-east is cold and snowy.

And please, drop the line about NOT being a AGW believer.
