That about sums it up for me. Plus, the business I work for thrives because of their position in California so I'm not planning on going anywhere soon

Personally, I would rather be broke and free living in Texas than rich and oppressed in California (and so would many others)

I am neither rich or oppressed. That Texas heat would oppress me though.

Many prefer the heat over the humidity AND heat.

Not everyone likes fog

Not everyone likes California

BTW, Cali is a absolutely beautiful and great state but you guys need to hire a few accountants. (and get rid of a few old hippy politicians - there is no free love anymore)
I agree completely. There are many in California that are trying to save the state an I have complete faith that California will come back better than ever from this hiccup we seem to be having. It's going to take some time, and some work... but I believe it can be done. Let the haters leave, doesn't bother me in the least bit. My company is expanding and looking at new opportunities IN California so not everyone is doing horribly.

I'm neither rich or oppressed. It's all personal opinion regarding where you live. I have friends all over this country and they LOVE where they live...but you couldn't pay me to live where they are.

I don't care for heat, humidity or fog myself. Luckily I don't have have any of that in CA.

And of course not everyone likes it. There is nothing that everyone likes.

Classist and disgusting, nice touch.

I too, feel third worlders are worthless in our country, they should go back home.

No business should be forced to provide anything for their workers besides a wage. The conditions of employment should be between employer and employee. Don't like it, work somewhere else.

I USED to think that, but I've changed my mind. I've lived in CA for 25 years, but the liberal nuts are driving me out. Between taxes, over-regulation and nanny-governing, I'm heading to Texas. Where I can be free to live the way I want, and can own a business without the state regulating me out of business.

And while economics are a factor, I would rather NOT live in CA. I can't stand how the unions, politicians, illegals and academic elite have ruined this state.

You're sure it's not because Texas has stricter immigration enforcement?
