This isnt funny.

How many other times has he been drunk like this but not on the floor? Come on now he needs to be in his some what right mind not impaired while he is passing, writing and voting on bills that affects our lives.

He has got to show better judgment then this. Totally disrespectful for the house

I would say the same exact thing if it were a republican

Carrying on the Legacy of Ted Kennedy!

Since he's a democrud, I would suspect it's Pabst, Budweiser or Franzia, the sacred nectar of that party...

Are you sure he is drunk? It could be hypoglycemia.

My father experienced an extreme bout of low blood sugar when he changed medicine just before Christmas. He woke up and he sounded extremely drunk, slurring his words, not completing sentences. My mother thought he was having a stroke. The ambulance was called and the paramedics determined it was hypoglycemia and treated him accordingly.

In either case, why was this man allowed to go on?

He's a loony tune whether he's drunk or not.....but it sure appears that he is.
BAC level?
My guess would be he's around the .15 level
He's a Democrat and even if he mustered up the energy to READ the BILL......do you think he would understand ANY of it?
Just another Dem, dumb senator....that NEEDS to GO.....and get some HELP!

Personally, I would rather see these Dem. losers hitting a crackpipe with a hooker in a DC motel room and getting busted for it.
OH....wait a minute.
I recall a Democrat DC mayor that has already been there....and done that too.

And they would all be waiting for YOU....to shut up and pass out.
When you wake up.....you'll wish you hadn't gotten sloshed.
Your hair could be gone, eyebrows shaved off, a new "White Power" tattoo on your forehead....and in a neighborhood that will "love" seeing the likes of you there.
Go ahead.
Get sloshed around them.
Get REALLY sloshed!

I'm sure it's not because they have any lack of health care.

READ the BILL? Hell he wrote that one until Dirty Harry got his hands on it. It was called the Baucus bill before it got out of his committee and two others.

I wonder how many committee meetings he attended in that condition. Surely the freshman Senator presiding just didn't want to put him off the floor as he should have done. I wonder how many Dem Senators were in attendance at that time. Surely not many if any.
