You must have forgotten that when George W. Bush said that he would take the fight to the terrorists no matter where they were, the world understood exactly what he was saying, and they believed him.

George W. Bush demonstrated clarity. You knew where he stood and he fought for what he believed in.

Do you deny this?
Knowing what you stand for and fighting for what you believe in does not make one a good leader. A child with downs may know he wants to buy a toy at the store and will kick and yell and scream because he's entirely convinced that's what he needs---does that make him a leader?

As for publications outwardly calling a civic leader the laughing stock of the world? Won't find them except for at FoxNews. Most journalists have a bit more professionalism and class than that. However, speak to any European/Asian/Canadian(!) and you will see what I mean. Why do you think the world rejoiced when Obama was elected?

Everything is a complete mess due to George Bush's 8 years of screwing up.

I'd rather stick with Obama being the president.

For all the idiots who voted for Bush, what happened? 8 years wasn't bad enough? Were you wanting Bush to finish the job so it would be called a Depression!!! 1 year vs 8 years;do the math. It can't be worse then the 8 years of neglect that came before Obama!

Apparently they like falling into financial distress to feel safe. Paranoia accomplishes many things.

Anyone would have been better then Bush unless they came directly from his cabinet. This country needed fresh blood and thats what it got. I hope all those people approaching their 60's and 70's are rich because social security $$$ are almost all gone.So if you are that age and still supporting Bush are you still wearing the blinders or just that dumb?

I'd have done 4 more years with Dubya as opposed to 4 years with BO or John McCain. This is a concession for me, as I firmly believe 2 terms is enough for anyone to be President.

Oh yes it can.

I'd take neglect over BO putting his grubby paws all over everything.

It is scary that so many would vote for the most corrupt and incompetent president ever. He left office giving the U.S. two wars and bankruptcy. History will not treat Bush & Cheney well & only pity to those who now revere them. Even in Russian there are many who praise Stalin
