Palin tied for 1st.

Pretty good results for the woman the Left has tried to destroy.

Poll: Americans most admire Obama, Clinton, Palin - USATODAY.com

a USA TODAY/Gallup Poll finds, while Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton and former Alaska governor Sarah Palin are virtually tied as the most-admired woman.

Clinton is first.
Pretty good results for the woman the Right has tried to destroy.

The left didn't try to destroy her. She almost destroyed herself with her lack of interviewing skills. But I give it to her, she is semi interesting... she the only relevant voice for the GOP (minus her death panel comments).

I wonder if anybody noticed that Independents ranked Glenn Beck the same as Republicans did, percentage wise, but higher in toto.

Maybe some from the left need to watch themselves when bad mouthing those who like Beck. Some of them are Independents.

Palin self destructs. Wonder if the admiration for Palin is among Evangelicals and rednecks. I don't think that a sophisticated woman would admire anyone like Frau Palin. If I were Hillary, I'd be insulted that anyone would think that Palin was even close to being in my league. Even if someone does not like Hillary, you'd be lying to attempt to really compare the two as Hillary is rather brilliant.

I saw a report on CNN on this. They found it ironic that although Palin was first as most liked, she was also 3rd on the list of most hated, right behind octomom. Draw your own conclusions.

Also saw a comment by David Letterman about Sarah's book that I thought appropriate.

"John McCain had 17 years of honorable service in the military, 5 of them in a North Vietnamese prison camp and 22 years as a Senator, I'm sure he found Sarah Palin's book, 'inspirational' to say the least." D. Letterman is a comedian but his observation is rather ironic, sardonic and to the point.
