Torturing does not solve anything, it only makes things worse, the U.S. pretty much strengthened these prisoners in their sympathy with Al-Qaeda.
Your list of wrongs to those prisoners is one that comes from released prisoners and lefties in our country.

For instance, they were never treated like animals even when they threw their bodily fluids at the guards. It was proven that that desecration of the Koran never took place other than when one of them did the trick and then blamed guards. Golly gee, when they pray 5 times a day sometimes they will be interrupted or will say it happened once they are away from the place. As far as mocking of the religion, what about them toward Christianity?

I hate to say this but those people were trained to do the things they did by others who knew what would happen if they were held by Americans. They knew how our politicians attack each other and worked us against each other.

How can they possibly become MORE anti-American than they are today ?

So capturing terrorists just makes them more anti-American ?
Should we not capture them then ?
What do you suggest we do when a terrorist tries to commit a terrorist act against the US or its citizens ? Send them home and hope they don't come back ? That hasn't worked out so well, has it ?
That has not worked out well at all. I suggest that we read them their rights and then shoot them. How do they tell on those who killed them if they are dead.

The other day I saw a picture that about knocked me out of my chair. It was a group of 11 Catholic nuns, all with rifles in hand and a caption that said something like "bet this is not the kind of virgins those martyrs were expecting" Funny to just think about.

Just to let you know they had HATE for us while they were in their own country!
Who is mocking their religion? And a bit off topic what of the Liberals mocking the conservative Christians in their own country? Do we become terrorists because of it?
I am a conservative, Christian, veteran and was accused of being an extremist by Janet Napolitano last spring because of what I was. She didn't say what veterans she was talking about so I just took it for granted that I was one of her terrorists until she took that back.

The only reason the Bush administration released the Gitmo terrorists was the unrelenting complaining of the Leftist's in the news media, the populace, the congress, the ACLU and the socialists in Europe.

Be careful what you wish for.

Why do you intentionally keep yourself so misinformed? You seem to know how the internet works.

Was that guy a released prisoner or "lefty"?
