His sorry butt needs to go directly to GITMO for a full military trail as he is a terrorist and an enemy combatant, not a damn civilian.

Yes, because closing the Gitmo torture chamber and moving the terror suspects to OTHER FACILITIES is exactly the same as when the Republicans just simply released them to take "art therapy" in Saudi Arabia. Mmmm hmmm.

Do you think the president will change his mind???
I dunno, probably the same reason Richard Reid got one from Bush, and a trial in civilian court. Any more questions from the oh-so-forgetful-and chronically hypocritical right?

It's very simple folks. When Bush gave Reid a lawyer he was "bringing him to justice and fighting terrorism." When Obama does the same thing he is "Weak on terror."

You guys are a total joke.

One who advocates withholding pain medication as a means of torture has no idea what compassion really means, protestations notwithstanding.

Find out what country he came from and deport him.. put him on the watch list and he is not allowed in any other country.
If he is from America and citizen lock him up and give him his due process.
