Yes, Cheney is a traitor many times over but is rich and connected and will never pay the price for helping to bring down America.

Also a vast difference in a current sitting POTUS who lies.

Do you get white house briefings and can prove he is lying? Or are you assuming hes lying because he doesnt agree with Obama. Because you do know Obama lies himself

This also is a problem with politicians they lie to us and we make excuses for their lies and we pick the side we wish to believe based simply on a letter r or d

Think about it a bit. It may come to you.

source for military strategy? His ego is so over-inflated that it's painful to see...just another bombastic fool, eager to hear his own voice. Plus, he's just plain evil. A fortune earned from Halliburton is blood money. Gotta hand it to Dick...a legend in his own mind.
What rational person would give any credibility to a post full of name calling.

A different perspective often shows more than one side to an issue. He has every right to share that perspective, even a responsibility, if he feels the country is off course. You don't have to agree, but you ought to hear him out and consider it.

Bill Clinton, Dick Cheney and Jimmy Carter have formed virtual governments in exile. While they are within their rights, protocol is better served by following the example of the great Harry S. Truman, who finished his Presidency and got on with ordinary life. Ike, LBJ, and George H. Bush did not holler from the sidelines either. George Dubya has thus far stayed silent as well.

Nixon (FFS I am going to defend him) advised Presidents, but they asked him for advice.

That is how I see it.

Ya, right, from someone who is making a healthy bit o' money off the war, who helped create the phony need for a war in Iraq, who was part of an administration who said the war would be a "three week cake walk".....THAT was wrong, or do you conveniently forget that.

Remember when the Cheney administration was trying to cook up reasons to invade Iraq? How anyone opposed was called un-patriotic, traitors,etc.....well, the shoe is on the other foot now and Cheney IS un-patriotic and a traitor.

Don't like being reminded that Cheney "had other priorities" during Vietnam and managed five deferments? Or that his political decisions have led the country to the edge of collapse? Or that he likely profited from no-bid contracts for Halliburton in the two terms he "served?" He lied to help kick-start the pre-emptive war with Iraq, and we have thousands dead, maimed and psychologically scarred by PTSD due to those lies. IMO that is evil, and his hands are as bloody as Lady Macbeth's. It's easy to send others to die, when you yourself had "other priorities" when you had the opportunity to serve your country. There's no denying reality...or any moral way to justify his actions. Deal with his record.
