ooof. politically i don't like the idea but........ then again i'm not working for the hawaiian government. the article doesn't specify what defines " repeated requests " so i'm curious if the measure does. birthers have at the very least one chance to ask for info so....... hope it's a good question.
this is a self-fulfilling prophecy for the birthers. they nagged and nagged and nagged till they got shut off......... now they'll use the fact that they got shut off as absolute proof of a cover-up.
Hawaii Legislature birther law has been voted on and passed. This Legislature measure allows the state of Hawaii to ignore repeated birther requests. The bill was needed because the state is receiving repeated requests over Barack Obama's birth certificate.
Obama was born in Hawaii on August 4,1961. This is listed in public records but the birther movement has doubts. They want to see the original copy of his birth certificate.
Those that have doubts about Obama's claim that he was really born in Kenya or Indonesia. If true, it prevents him from serving as President of the United States. Hawaii has already issued two statements confirming they have vital records proving the President is a natural-born American citizen.
Hawaii officials are not an authority on the meaning ...natural born citizen..regarding Obama. It was coordinated by the Obama team to use the words natural born citizen..

Agreed. As a matter of fact, the US Supreme Court has never ruled on what defines a "natural born citizen".

Who's this "we", Kemosabe? Who are you representing here on CD? Vattel was not a founding father. He did not write any US laws.
If you really don't like Obama, DC and buddies, why don't you work at electing someone else instead of on this lame cause?
WHy cant the most powerful man in the world produce his birth certificate? The long form that everyone born in Hawaii during the same period has. Plenty of others born in that time period can produce theirs.
