Hawaii stopped providing their full Certificate of Live Birth as copies because the information provided IS NOT needed anymore. MANY states are moving over to what you liars are calling the "short form" because it SAVES on paperwork and TIME.
Hawaii went fully to electronic system of entering information. THERE have been no FORMS for hospitals to fill out since 2000. All that is filled out is what appears on their computers at a hospital. And because of this change, thei8r RECORDS management at the DOH changed as well.
the "long form" which you birthers continue to lie about does NOT exist in print form ANYMORE. Hasn't since the early 90's, when I requested a copy of my COLB, and they only offer the same COLB form that Obama has offered.
