As president he should have reiterated that before they found time to do all of that. Which by the way is what prompted the red phone.

It was actually a white house aide that spoke on it for about 5 seconds. Either way Glenn Beck still thinks he's more important than fixing a recession or fighting terrorism. He's a loser I can't see why anyone takes him seriously.

Lot of truth here!

If a conservative doesn't like guns, he doesn`t buy one.
If a liberal doesn't like guns, he wants all guns outlawed.

If a conservative is a vegetarian, he doesn`t eat meat.
If a liberal is a vegetarian, he wants all meat products banned for
everyone.

If a conservative is homosexual, he quietly leads his life.
If a liberal is homosexual, he demands legislated respect.

If a conservative is down-and-out, he thinks about how to better his
situation.
A liberal wonders who is going to take care of him.

If a conservative doesn't like a talk show host, he switches channels.
Liberals demand that those they don't like be shut down.

If a conservative is a non-believer, he doesn't go to church.
A liberal non-believer wants any mention of God and religion silenced.
(Unless it's a foreign religion, of course!)

If a conservative decides he needs health care, he goes about shopping for
it, or may choose a job that provides it.
A liberal demands that the rest of us pay for his.

If a conservative reads this, he'll forward it so his friends can have a
good laugh.
A liberal will delete it because he's "offended".

Well I forwarded it to you so where does that put me?
And if a conservative doesn't believe in gay marriage.... He doesn't get one??

Or....

Hmmm... I'm not aware of this. Would you provide a link please? FWIK, Brown (from Brown v. board of education) was not a governor. Neither were any of the other plaintiffs that come to mind. Who was the governor in Roe v. Wade? Roe or Wade?

That's a nice excuse but irrelevant. I'm sure Beck could find a sympathetic governor to take up his cause.
Roe v. Wade and Brown v. board of education weren't lawsuits against the Federal government. They were lawsuits filed on a local or State level that made it to the Supreme court by way of appeal.
You can't sue the federal government without the governments permission.

But they each involved constitutionality, which is what we're discussing. The point being, there is a process by which an ordinary citizen can challenge a law in court.

Yes, we who are educated hate to see ignorance in practice..! There is a huge difference in meaning between loose and lose. Loose, used for lose, is the most often misused word on CD.
Other than that ,an the fact you chose the wrong party, I still lovfe you..

Why is that a good thing? Please explain why it's a good thing you aren't running around doing whatever...? We certainly don't care if you chose to run a round declaring everything unconstitutional.
See how silly your statement was? Like anyone cares what you're doing while you run around...
Pick your battles, try one you can win...
