Sure, it could be a question of style, no doubt about it.

When it comes to judging that style, I put Maddow and Olbermann on the same syle-level as Glenn Beck. I don't need outrageous animation or sarcastic exaggeration to understand a point. And these three commentators leverage this format quite often. That's just not my style.
