I wonder how much it costs to legally immigrate to France? That is another measure of the desireability of a country.

I do not see people legally and illegally trying to get into France. Seems to me the key is how many peopel are trying to get into a country as comapred to how many are trying to get out

If you're a fan of fine art, gourmet cooking, wine, cheese, radical muslims, and a wellfare system gone to the extreme, then France certainly ranks at the top. However, I'll take the USA anyday over Europe. For those that disagree, I'm sure France would be more than happy to have ya!

No surprise there, as the material prosperity is better distributed and more equally shared amongst the general population than it is in the US. Definitely want to take a trip to France in the future.

Try reading...it's taught in all the schools nowadays.....the economy is what was noted in the article as being the reason the US fell to 7th place....they were not deciding based on the popularity of the leaders.....
