When is the latest point in a woman's pregnancy that she should be able to terminate an embryo or fetus, excepting motives of rape, incest, deformity, and health of the mother?
Are you pro life? Why should those exceptions be viable? Don't you hold "the right to life" to be absolute?
The better question is, would you support a federal ban on Abortions?
I know many people who are pro life, but also don't want the government to try and force laws on other people. Just because they disagree with Abortions, doesn't mean we need more stupid laws that no one will follow.
I am completely against abortion, but I have no right to tell a woman what to do with here own body. Anyone who thinks they do is a communist (i.e China). However, it should have to be done early, so I chose 12 weeks. I still do not understand the bottom selections of the poll. Does it mean being able to terminate the baby's life one year AFTER the baby is born? If that is true, then that would be murder, not abortion.

I'd be in favor of overturning Roe v. Wade and letting each state decide. I deny that the Feds. have any role in the matter whatsoever.
I'd say viability though. Children can't make it outside of the womb until about 5 months. I'd say that'd be my cut off limit.
Again though, I'm a man, its not my choice. I'm all about choice in this country. If it doesn't hurt me, or threaten me, I'm going to leave you be. I might scream to high heaven if I don't like it, but I sure as hell aren't going to push for legislation to ban you from doing it.

A good question. Those who agree with allowing abortions for victims of rape or incest are not pro-life. They are pro-choice, with the caveat that they be the ones to make the choice.
