True. Obviously, Rudy did not mean it the way it came out.
One wonders what he meant, then, particularly as the "clarifications" you obviously linked to in post 27, then deleted (luckily, not until they were thoughtfully quoted by Sunny-Days - thank you!) made even less sense than the original statement.
- "He obviously meant no attacks after 9/11!"
- "What about Reid?"
- "He naturally meant to say domestic terrorists"
- "Ehm - anthrax, DC sniper?"
- "Surely you understand he meant - ehm - domestic, islamic-based attacks after 9/11. Yeah, that's it. That's what he meant."
For someone who launched a political career on being the victim of terrorism, he sure has a loose grasp on the facts.

They are, at least, aiding and abetting the terrorists with their language. They're saying that our President and his administration are weak, and they're suggesting that we deserve to be hit by terrorism for electing Obama.

If it was an inside job then the award for the worst terrorist attack on American soil would be now owned by Obama instead of Clinton.
I never heard that nonsense until a few months ago here on CD. Now, I don't read left wing literature, but I do (gasp!) watch CNN and I read Newsweek. Never heard it. Never.
