See, wrong again! In order for me to keep listening to them I'd have to be listening to them, I'm not. I can only hope the GOP might come to its collective senses and put up a reasonably sane, thoughtful, fiscally conservative, socially moderate to liberal candidate but with the wackos who seem to speak for the party these days that seems unlikely.

I guess your reading's a bit off, I said I don't listen to them and I don't. I challenge the GOP, put up some quality candidates, not the same old fear mongerers and/or some blathering fluff.

Examples? The right still walks in the tailgunner's shoes. I think you've returned to FantasyLand.

As much as I dislike the entrenched two party system, which I believe will eventually destroy the country, the current day GOP seems hellbent on making it a one party system, which will be even worse.

Don't you mean that you are now listening to ex-communists and assuming U-Tube is a viable source of information, explains a lot.

Not necessarily. I (an "old folk") am far more tolerant than many of my much younger, conservative neighbors.
