Bailout money is specifically targeted towards the fat cats such as AIG, Sachs, etc. rather than small business. That is corporate fascism and ObamaBush is to blame.
The single biggest problem for most firms remains poor sales, followed by taxes and government regulation.
I've been saying this for a while. It is because of obama's radical agenda, his takeover of HC, his draconian taxes on the way to pay for his programs - the reasons why business is not hiring and consumers are not spending.
The article even states that small business index has risen steadily every month since March but went down just .03 in December, after plummeting record amounts since 2006 (under guess who?). It even states many small business owners undergoing are doing this because they want to not because they have to. Chances are they were Obama hating drama queens ready to make a mountain out of molehill much like a certain few posters in this forum.
