She probably didn't know any name other than George Washington. Even on friendly turf, she shows herself to be a fool. All this publicity is good for her. She'll self-destruct.

The desperation is palpable.

Well I had to scour the net but I finally found the founding father, Al Ofthem

Apparently Al Ofthem was a little know founding father, more like a founding uncle of Russian-Finnish decent from what is now known as present day Wasilly Alaska. He is depicted in early writings as a bit of a harmless dolt who through chance and luck made out pretty good, much like the fictional character Forest Gump. It is thought that his greatest contribution to our nations founding was that through interacting with the other founding fathers, they concluded that an Electoral College was necessary for the sake of the nation. Apparently much of Al Ofthem early life is a mystery but he was thought to be a turkey grinder/processor and trapped lemmings to make furry baby slippers, also thought to be the predecessor of modern furbies.

Wish someone would write a book on Al Ofthem, as he seems like a most interesting figure in American history.

I am not a "Leftist", much as you think I am, but I doubt she's heard of anyone but G. Washington and maybe Thomas Jefferson. She supposedly knows nothing about the World Wars, or why there are two Koreas. She's ignorant! You would excoriate any Dem who was that ignorant.

You're probably right. She must have read something somewhere (maybe in all of the publications she reads) that said "when in doubt, respond with "all of them". This woman just keep on inventing her own self-sterotypical catch phrases.

That may be true, but being ignorant is actually better than being a revisionist and stating these gentlemen were "racist slaveowners".

Two Koreas What? When did this happen?

I bet you could hear a pin drop in the war room of the McCain campaign.

I'm not sure it's any better, and that much is true. Many of them owned slaves. You don't buy and sell people of a different race w/o thinking you are superior to them.

Wow, so you're among the hopelessly insane who believe this too?

Hint: Lincoln was a racist.
