If Democrats are not racist, why are majority white republican areas more likely to elect minorities than majority white democratic districts?

If the Democrats are not racist, why are there more Hispanics across the country elected as Republicans?

Most vote based on a good candidate, not a skin color.

How about you?

The OP hasn't posted for 3 years.

Let it go.

It was a stupid premise then and still is.

Are you rewriting history?

The civil rights legislation was a Republican idea since Woodrow Wilson started segregation.
JFK refused to sign it twice. Once as a Senator in 57 and again as President in 62.
MLK was a staunch Republican, as was his father.
More Republicans voted for the CRA, by 2/3rds, over that of the view of Democrats.
LBJ knew he would not get the primary win, after pushing and signing the CRA. That is why he didn't even try to run for re-election.

"There are ZERO black Republicans in the US Congress". Really?

Some people should do a little research before making statements that makes them look like fools.
