Is there any action taken by the Democrats that would indicate they wouldn't seat whoever wins in a timely manner? Is this a real question or one of those questions designed to make people think something might happen that there is no reason think might happen? You know, the way Fox News and Glenn Beck pose questions....

Ahh more conspiracy theory drivel....

She will be seated at the same time Brown would be if he were to win, which according to Senate Rules would not be until the Sec of State can officially certify the results, which will not be able to occur until all of the absentee ballots are counted.
