1) what the left will do to win they have no sense of an honest vote

2) MSNBC is a one sided news newtwork that pushes the extreme liberal view

Shows how little Mathews knows about the constitution. The senate ha s senate rules they Can change the rules whenever they want not the constitution. The constitution says nothing about needing 60 votes to cloture debate
