Check your history fella! The U.S., at least, has responded to Muslim nations during disaster (not always received or accepted), communist (ditto) nations, budist (sp?) nations and so many others. I cannot think of a single natural disaster in my lifetime where the U.S. has not offered, at least, help. Didn't the "Christian nations" offer much aid to Indonesia? Isn't Indonesia Muslim?
Israel offered and supplied help to Turkey in 1999 following an earthquake and offered help to Iran in 2003 following the earthquake that devistated Bam but Iran refused aid from Israel.
