I fear you are far more accurate in your assessment of the media than I am in mine.

Obama, not as Dem, is being tested on the grounds of meritocracy. The press and we the people have put a single mortal on a stage with some bizarre notions that he ought to be Jesus for us all. Talk about a system of representation on steroids and meth!!! Few presidents have been challenged to address the very dysfunction of a system begging for correction and walk that slippery slope so cautiously. It's exceedingly difficult for leaders to respect the limits of executive power yet refrain denying responsibility for authority.

The current landscape in politics and in we the people... WE are all fumbling to articulate what we witness as unhealthy. WE have become habituated, thanks to propaganda techniques pervasive in duopoly media, to hold up trees as evidence and be blinded to the forest. WE have become distracted by minutiae and allowed the root causes of failure to continue to march on unabated. Even better, we've got idiots calling a country to arms to point at their brothers, kissing the ring of their puppet masters all the while.

You know Obama is in deeeeeeep trouble when even the press is turning against him. That was no easy feat to accomplish!

Maybe they remembered that they are a business and, like 77% of investors per Bloomberg, see that he is not good for business! Duh.
